Abstract

Human resources are the main cog in a company. To achieve the company's goals, the management of human resource is very necessary. Human resource management, which is managed professionally, will be able to create high employee performance taking into account several important factors including individual characteristics, job characteristics and job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the individual characteristic on employees performance, analyze the effect of job characteristic on employees performance and analyze the effect of satisfaction on employees performance. The subject of this study were all employees totaling 32 peoples of the PT. Jakarta Kyoai Medical Center in Kuta-Badung. Data source used in this study are primary and secondary data, data collection by distributing questionnaires and data analysis tecniques in this study include testing instrument, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis teting with the help of SPSS version 22. The results of the study indicate that Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect simultaneously on Employees Performance. The significance value is 0,000. This means that the more handling and implementation of Individual Characteristic, Job Characteristic and Job Satisfaction the more Employees Performance. Conversely, if Individual Characteristic, Job Characteristic and Job Satisfacion are not handled properly, employees performance will decrease.
