This study raises the problem as follows; Does work motivation affect the performance of teachers and education personnel; Does the principal’s leadership influence the performance of teachers and education personnel; Does the organizational culture affect the performance of teachers and education personnel. Based on the issues raised, the purpose of the research is:. To analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of teachers and education personnel; To analyze the influence of the principal’s leadership on the performance of teachers and education personnel; To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of teachers and education personnel. The study population was all elementary schools in West Denpasar, Denpasar City as many as 43 public elementary schools. The sample of this study was taken as many as four elementary schools which were considered able to represent the existing population. Of the four elementary schools sampled based on the results of field observations, the total number of teachers and education staff is 80 people. Analysis of data analysis uses the approach of Descriptive Statistics and Inferential Statistics. In an inferential approach using Partial Least Square (PLS). In PLS path modeling there are two models namely the outler model and the inner model. The results of hypothesis testing show that; the first hypothesis, which states that the higher the work motivation, the higher the performance of teachers and education personnel. In testing it was found that work motivation was not significantly positive effect, it means the first hypothesis could not be accepted. The second hypothesis, which states the better the leadership of learning (the principal) affects the performance of teachers and education personnel. In testing it was found that the leadership of learning has a positive effect on the performance of teachers and education personnel. It means that the second hypothesis is accepted. The third hypothesis, which states the better the organizational culture, the higher the performance of teachers and education personnel. In testing it was found that organizational culture had a positive effect on teacher and staff performance that meant the third hypothesis was accepted.
