MEMBANGUN SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN LEMBAGA PENYIARAN : PENDEKATAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA (STUDI KASUS PADA TVRI BALI)

Abstract

The era of globalization today began to be felt by the increasingly tight competition between one company with another company, both local and international. Bali's economy as part of the world economy is also faced with a multi-effect state of world economic policy. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between leadership and physical work environment to employee morale (case study on TVRI Bali). The sample of this research using purposive sampling method so that obtained by sampel counted 64 employees. The type of data used in this study is quantitative and qualitative data. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. Result of analysis of leadership variable and physical work environment have significant effect to employee morale of TVRI Bali, leadership and physical work environment to employee morale is positive.
