work culture 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seikatsu and Shitsuke) is a Japanese adoption culture. The operation of the activities will be very effective if guided by 5S work culture, more effective the work done usually more faster the work will be completed and will receive appreciation from customers because of satisfying service. Application of 5S culture is applied with the SOP that has been made. but the standard of work is not in accordance with the implementation every day. For this reason the application of the 5S work culture needs to be consistent with all staff on duty.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of partially and simultaneously between 5S work culture on improving service effectiveness at PT. Bank Central Asia Branch Gianyar and Klungkung. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary. Data collection methods with questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents. With multiple linear regression analysis, positive and significant results of 5S work culture on service improvement were concluded.
