MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA LPD DESA PAKRAMAN DENPASAR

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) Impact motivation on employee performance LPD Desa Pakraman Denpasar, (2) Impact of work discipline on employee performance, (3) Impact motivation and work discipline on employee performance on LPD Desa Pakraman Denpasar. The population of this study were 12 employees and all were sampled by census technique. The analytical tool used is Regression Linear Berganda. The results of this study showed a partial motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant inpact on employee performance on the LPD Desa Pakraman Denpasar or simultaneously.
