Abstract

Subak Jatiluwih is a part of the World Cultural Heritage of Subak Catur Angga Batukaru. The establishment of the Operational Management of Jatiluwih Tourism Attraction led to implications of the management of tourist attraction and sustainability of the organization. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and document studies. The technique of determination of informant was used purposive sampling. Based on a summary of 7’S McKinsey analysis, there have been changes in the management of Jatiluwih Tourist Attraction. To support of vision and mission achievement, operational management formulates strategies, set conventionally and in short periods of time. Organizational structure changes tailored to the needs of the organization, programs are established based on the needs and budgets available. Development of media promotion from conventional media to online media. Operational activities refer to the policy of the local government of Tabanan Regency. The values of mutual cooperation and togetherness are applied as organizational culture. Improvement in social activities, cultural arts, awareness of environmental conservation, and support to increase community economy. Centralistic leadership becomes participatory and collaborative. The recruitment system through the management selection, granting sanctions to employees who violate the rules set by management. Development of competency and skill of employee through English language training.
