This study discusses the implementation of spiritual capital in the business of mote in the village of Nagasepaha, Buleleng. Spiritual capital is emphasized using Hindu teaching values, including (ethics (moral), harmony (Tri Hita Karana), virtue (dharma). Qualitative methods by collecting observational data, interviews and documentation are carried out to obtain results and answer the research problem formulation. The result is that the implementation of spiritual capital in the business of a very basic business is implied by the reason for running the business, namely to obtain pleasure or excitement (not limited to economic motives). still upholding harmony, and not solely concerned with material (capitalism), which refers to the existence of ethics (moral), which is able to create dharma (virtue) which is the fruit of spiritual capital.
