Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain work-family conflict, family-work conflict and stress on employees with female research subjects, Hindu Indonesia University, Denpasar. The research design used to answer this question is quantitative with a sample size of 35 people using the saturated sample method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data both quantitative and qualitative data. Data analysis used the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression which obtained the following research results: 1) Job-family conflict negatively and significantly affected employee performance at the Indonesian Hindu University. 2) Negative and significant family-work conflict on the results of women’s work at the Indonesian Hindu University. 3) Effective and negative effective work stress on the performance of employees of the Indonesian Hindu University
