The purpose of this research is to find out how to create an Organizational Culture in an effort to realize the Company’s Performance at the PT Regional Development Bank of Bali Seririt. In this study I used a quantitative approach and for data collection in this study I used a questionnaire with a measuring instrument. After that to analyze the data in this study I used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance or SEM-based components. Known as Visual 3.0 version of Partial Least Square (PLS). Where the respondents chosen were all employees working in Seririt Branch of PT Bali Regional Development Bank as many as 63 people with t-table values for significant levels α = 0.05 and degrees of freedom (df) = 60 were Scale 1.671. And for all relationships from all of these studies the average shows significant results related to the existence of an Organizational Culture in an effort to realize the Performance For PT The Regional Development Bank of Bali Seririt Branch is expected to improve Company Performance by creating an Organizational Culture in PT Regional Development Bank Bali Seririt Branch. And then for the realization of Company Performance, this is also the impact of Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment and work productivity which will have an impact on improving the performance of the company at PT Regional Development Bank Bali Seririt Branch.
